Regina Daniels Biography

Regina Daniels got into the entertainment business early enough as she was raised by a mother who already had a career in acting which only took Regina Daniels a few years to understand the art quite well. The teen actress stormed the Nigerian movie industry at the age of seven. It is believed that her mother, who is a prominent member of the Delta State Actors Guild played a major  role in pushing her daughter to stardom within the movie community.

Regina made her professional debut appearance in the 2015 widely acclaimed Nollywood movie Marriage in Sorrow. Following an impressive performance, she went on star in several Nigerian films, including but not limited to Dumebi in School, The King and The Python, Python Girl, The Jericho, The Jericho (as producer), Wipe your Sorrows, Twins Apart (as producer), Tears of Ojiugo, Traditional War (Part 1), Hanging Coffin, among others.

Her involvements in the industry have also seen her share screen time with popular Nollywood A-listers such as Chinwe Owoh, Yul Edochie, Tonto Dikeh, Ngozi Ezeonu, Mercy Johnson and many others.

The budding star has also been nominated for so many awards in the entertainment industry. In 2015 and 2016, she was nominated for the Most Promising Actress at the City Movie Award. Similarly, Regina was nominated at City People Movie Award for Best Supporting Actress of the Year (English) in 2016 and at the 2017 City People Movie Award for Best Upcoming Actress of the Year (English).

Regina was born on October 10, 2000, in Asaba. She is a Nigerian by nationality but her ancestry is yet to be made public. The name of her mother is Rita Daniels while her father’s name is not known to the public. Information about his birth, ancestry, early life and educational achievements is sadly missing on the map and not available at the moment.

Speaking of her education, Daniels perfectly handles both fields (acting and school) well. She studied at the prestigious Hollywood International School Asaba, Delta State and currently schooling at the Okada-based elite institution – Igbinedion University in Benin City, Nigeria.

Her Mother and Siblings

Regina’s mother, Rita, is a popular face in the movie industry as well. She is an actress and was appointed the chairwoman of the Delta State Actors Guild sometime ago. Rita is said to have been very supportive of her daughter’s acting career.

Actress Regina has five siblings, who are all supportive of her career. Their names are Samuel Daniels, Lawrence Daniels, Emmanuel Daniels, Ifeoma Daniels, and Destiny Daniels. The first three are her brothers while the last two are her sisters. For now, there’s no detailed information about what the siblings are up to and where they are but we believe they are doing well in their respective fields of interests, just like their sister.

Is She Married or Single?

The Asaba-born Nollywood star still has a lot of accomplishments ahead of her. She is currently not married neither has she tied the knot with any man in the past. Talking about her boyfriend, the actress is yet to reveal her prince charming or at least, show him to the world. She could be dating someone secretly but we’ll assume she is single until she confirms her relationship status herself.

As a beautiful and young actress, it is normal for men to constantly make advances to Regina but the actress once shared that her mother helps her out in handling her male fans, especially the stubborn ones.

Net Worth – How Rich Is Regina Daniels?

Unlike most celebrity teenagers, Regina Daniels is quite outstanding and unique. Not just because of her popularity in Nigeria and beyond but also because she has a heart of gold. The teen’s first movie, as she once shared, paid her N10,000 but as time progressed, Daniels began scoring lucrative acting gigs that put over N 100,000 in her pockets.

During a recent interview, she disclosed that she receives N500, 000 per movie and that she has been working on herself so as to become a household name in Africa and beyond. She has a charity organization known as Regina Daniels Foundation as well.

At the moment, there are several conflicting reports on how much Regina makes from her roles in Nollywood. However, as an actress and film producer, we are pretty sure she makes a reasonable sum of money from her fast-growing profession.
